Policies & Returns

We do not accept returns on customized items or items on sale. Regarding all other items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and the item is to be shipped to our returns department within 5 days after you receive your order. 

Custom items include those that have been specifically designed to your needs (eg. pearl color selection or measurement selection).

We are happy to resize items for you if they are not the correct length. Please contact us for more details.

We do accept exchanges or returns (for non customized items) if your purchase does not suit you. Exchanges are to be the value of your order or greater than. Please contact us for more details.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We do not accept cancellations. Production on items begin immediately when an order is placed. 

If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We stand by our quality of our product and will work with you to resolve any issue. 

Sashes and beaded cuffs cannot be returned or exchanged.
