Policies & Returns/Exchanges
- Please contact us within 7 days of your item arriving to you if you are not pleased with your purchase or it is the incorrect size, we are happy to accept your return for alteration, exchange or refund
- Upon returning your item, please ensure your package includes your full name, address and contact details is enclosed with your returning merchandise, securely packaged in the original packaging. Damaged items returned through negligent packing will not be fully refunded.
- Ship your return package using your preferred trackable and insured shipping method and please record your tracking and courier information. JamJewels is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- JamJewels is not responsible for return shipping costs unless due to a JamJewels error.
- Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Returns process ONLY after they have been received by us in undamaged condition so please repackage items for return in original packaging with optimal securing to avoid damage.
- You will receive an email when your refund has been processed so please check your spam filters etc.
- We kindly ask that all purchases, in particular earrings, remain unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Damaged items returned through negligent packaging will not be refunded fully.
- Faulty/Damaged Items : Please contact us immediately as we stand by our product and will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.
Items that are eligible for refund are the following:
- Non customized items (that did not require you to select a specific length or pearl color)
- Custom items designed to your specifications
- A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
- We refund the cost of the item, minus a 15% restocking fee. This fee is will occur on any returning items that are not due to JamJewels error.
- The original item/s must not be worn, washed, cleaned or damaged
- We are not responsible for costs incurred by Customs/Taxes etc
- We do not refund or exchange on Custom items
We are happy to exchange your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods if you would like to exchange and we can facilitate this with you.
We do not exchange Customized items (see 'Customized items' section)
Customized items include the following :
- Pearl necklaces made to your specific length and pearl color
- Pearl bracelets made to your specific length and pearl color
- Crystal bracelets or necklaces that are altered to your required length
- 'Vine' headpieces
