Here at Jamjewels we want you to enjoy your shopping experience. Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Jamjewels purchase.If your item has arrived damaged please contact us immediately via the contact button at bottom of page. If you are not pleased with your purchase or it is the incorrect size, we are happy to accept your return for alteration, exchange or refund, but please keep in mind......

-Please contact us to initiate the return as soon as possible and within 14 days.

-You must issue your return within 14 days of receipt of goods to the appropriate office listed below. (International customers see your information below)

-Ensure your packaging slip with full name, address and contact details is enclosed with your returning merchandise and is securely packaged in the original packaging. Damaged items returned through negligent packing will not be fully refunded.

-Ship your return package using your preferred trackable and insured shipping method and please record your tracking and courier information. Jamjewels is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

-Jamjewels is not responsible for return shipping on sale items and orders outside the USA and Australia.

INTERNATIONAL Customers (outside USA, Canada & Australia)

-Please contact ( via contact button at bottom of page)

-You must issue your return within 14 days of receipt.

-Please select a return method that allows you to track (& insure) its progress. Jamjewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

-You are responsible for return shipping costs.

-Most returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Returns process ONLY after they have been received by us in undamaged condition so please repackage items for return in original packaging with optimal securing to avoid damage.

-You will receive an email when your refund has been processed so please check your spam filters etc.

-We kindly ask that all purchases, in particular earrings, remain unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Damaged items returned through negligent packaging will not be refunded fully.

-We refund the item minus the shipping costs incurred by us if items was shipped free originally.

-Faulty/Damaged Items : Please contact us immediately as we stand by our product and will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

Please contact us using the 'contact' button below if you'd like to exchange your item/s and we will instruct you as to the best and most convenient method for you

REFUNDS:

-A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

-We refund the cost of the item, minus shipping charges incurred by us.

-Jamjewels is not responsible for return shipping on sale items and orders outside the USA and Australia. For full priced orders within the USA and within Australia a return shipping label will be provided.

-We are happy to exchange your purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods if you would like to exchange and we can facilitate this with you.

-The original item/s must not be worn, washed, cleaned or damaged

-We are not responsible for costs incurred by Customs/Taxes etc

-We do not refund or exchange on Custom items
