-You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods to discuss the return/exchange.
-You must process your return within 14 days of receipt of your order.
-Ensure your packaging slip with full name, address details is enclosed with your merchandise.
-Ship your return packaging using your preferred track-able and insured shipping method, and please record your tracking and carrier information. Jamjewels is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- We kindly ask that all purchases, in particular earrings, remain unwashed, unworn and undamaged, and ship back to us securely packaged. Damaged items returned through negligent packaging will not be refunded fully.
Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For items that are not shipped within 14 days of receipt and no later than 30 days after receipt we will be happy to exchange your items for the same dollar value.
Please email us to organize exchanges for your purchase. If your new selection is unavailable or not ready to ship within your time frame we will be happy to give you a store credit, to be used at a later date.
Please contact us using the 'contact' button below if you'd like to exchange your item/s and we will instruct you as to the best and most convenient method for you.
-A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement

What is a 'customized' item?
It is any item altered in color, style or measurement specifically requested by you through a discussion with us.
What if I selected the wrong size?
We are happy to resize your purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and there may be a small fee incurred for the resizing(labor and materials), so please contact us for further information.
How fast can my order ship?
Express shipping is advised to ensure the quickest delivery. This also ensures the fastest processing time and will usually ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise notified.
Can I include a personalized gift card with my purchase?
Yes! We are happy to add in a gift card for you with short message. No invoice will be included. Please contact us for details.
