Where do you ship from?

We ship from the USA and AUSTRALIA.
USA- Locally via USPS using Standard, Priority & Express mail. 
CANADA- Shipped Internationally from the US via USPS using standard shipping (approx 5-10 business days) with PRIORITY/EXPRESS upgrades available.
AUSTRALIA- Locally via Auspost EXPRESS.
UK/EU/ASIA/Rest of world - Shipped Internationally.
Delivery time varies due to local Customs processing times and local postal carrier.
UK/France/Germany/ delivery is commonly 6-12 business days (standard mail), SPAIN/ITALY is usually 2-4 weeks (standard mail). ASIA-usually 5-7 bus days (standard mail).

Express mail is available for all orders.

 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes.

 

How Do I Pay?

Credit/Debit cards and Paypal.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.
PayPal accepts all major credit cards. All our payment methods are secure and your details are kept confidential. 

 

When will my order ship?

During the heavy bridal season (March-September) most orders are processing in 5-10 business days.
We work from 2 locations.

 

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, it is very safe to order through our website. We respect your privacy and your details will be kept confidential. 

 

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

We do not accept returns on customized items. We are happy to exchange your purchase if it does not suit. We accept returns on specific items that do not require customization. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and the item is to be shipped to our returns department within 7 days after you receive your order.  

 

What is a 'customized' item? 

A customized item is any item in our store that has been designed to your specific needs. That being pearl color selections, measurement selections or any changes to designs.

 

What if I selected the wrong size for my item? 

We are happy to resize your item for you. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a small labor fee will be charged.

 

How fast can you ship my urgent order?

Please contact us if your wedding/event is approaching within 1-2 weeks. Express shipping is advised to ensure shipping ASAP.

If needed, we are able to ship within a few days of ordering if very urgent.

 

Can I include a personalized gift card with my purchase? 

Yes! We can add in a gift card for you. Please contact us.

 

I need help with selecting my jewelry/accessories, can you help? 

Yes, we can. We are a team of women with experience in all sides of the fashion industry so we are able to converse with you to design the overall look you wish to achieve.
